Throughout this journey, I witnessed firsthand the challenges plaguing the industry: rampant scams, broken trust, and unprofessional practices.

Technology Heaven wasn't a company—it was a hustle. Armed with just a smartphone and a deep passion for tech, we began selling second-hand GPUs, laptops, and gaming PCs through WhatsApp and Instagram. No website. No systems. No funding. Just raw dedication. We managed everything ourselves—from replying to 100+ daily queries to packing and shipping every product with care. That year, we delivered over 50 quality tech products, and more importantly, we built the foundation of trust.
Every Mile Mattered
We took the hustle to the streets—literally. We began traveling across cities and states—Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat, Pune, Bangalore—personally sourcing high-quality second-hand products. Every product was handpicked, checked, and verified by us, ensuring customers got nothing but the best. We handled all logistics ourselves, sometimes traveling hundreds of kilometers in a day, just to close a single deal. By the end of the year, we had crossed 300+ successful deliveries, and built a reputation for reliability, honesty, and hustle.
Community Over Competition
2023 was the year of community. We weren't just sellers anymore—we became connectors. We created WhatsApp reseller groups, onboarded over 1,000 resellers, and started handling bulk B2B deals along with regular end-user sales. Our focus shifted from growth to value creation—giving others a chance to build their own businesses with us. Even through market crashes, price drops, and supply shortages—we stood tall, providing after-sales support, transparent pricing, and daily communication. We didn't just survive—we thrived together.

In 2024, we realized it was time to take everything we'd learned—and scale it. The WhatsApp orders, the daily calls, the logistics, the trust—we had built a system that worked.
